Our services
Outsourcing of financial accounting
- Comprehensive accounting according to the Czech Accounting Act
- Accounting for all operations according to received documents from the client - invoices, bank, cash register, internal documents, accruals, adjustment items, assets, wages, etc.
- We prefer digital handover of documents, but we can also arrange otherwise
- Processing of financial statements – financial statements, inventories, documents for audit...
- Preparation of documents for tax returns
- We keep our accounting in the economic system Pohoda with the possibility of remote access

Financial analysis, advisory and controlling
- Financial analysis of the company to the extent and according to the client's wishes, based on a one-time request and provided data or following regular external accounting by our company
- Concept design and regular controlling activities
- Provision of external labor to carry out temporary or regular activities in the field of finance
- Processing of the economic analysis of the business plan and support in its implementation
- Monitoring the maturities of liabilities and receivables, reminding debtors and cooperating with a lawyer on their recovery
Price list
Prices depend on the range of services provided, the number of processed documents, employees, the method of handing over documents, etc. Specific and responsible pricing can only be done on the basis of individual demand and personal consultation. The prices below are indicative only.

Very small company, non-VAT payer: from CZK 3,000/month*
Small organization, VAT payer (monthly 50 – 250 items) 3,000 – 10,000 CZK/month*
Medium-sized organizations, VAT payers – (monthly 250 – 1,000 pol. ) 10,000 – 35,000/month*
Large organization - individual pricing
Payroll processing: basic rate CZK 300/job/month*
Advice and consultation CZK 1,850/hour*
